Delivery Costs & Policy

Orders sent by courier are despatched the same day if received before 3pm.

Palletised orders must be placed before 12 midday to ensure same-day despatch.

Wherever possible, all items held in stock are despatched for next day delivery. However, for some products and quantities this may not be possible. Please see the individual product pages for details.

Lower-cost delivery options may be available upon request.

Costs are subject to the overall weight of the consignment.

Tracking Details

Depending on the carrier used, tracking details may be sent to an email address provided. A likely time slot for the delivery may also be provided.

Most carriers require a person over the age of 18 to receive and sign for the goods.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery is missed, please contact the carrier in the first instance.
